What We Offer at Stockton and Online
Our Stockton venue is based at 4 Chandlers Wharf, 4 Bridge Road, Stockton-on-Tees TS18 3BA, and is part of the wider Grosvenor Casinos network within The Rank Group. On the casino floor you will find live poker cash games along with the standard UK table formats. That is only half of what we run though.
Alongside the physical casino, our live dealer platform online is always on and available from desktop, mobile or tablet. It is operated by Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, following the internal restructure completed in July 2022. UK customers are covered by our UK Gambling Commission licence, while players based outside the UK fall under the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority.

According to third-party directories, the Stockton poker room is listed as open 24/7 and spreads NL Texas Hold’em, Pot Limit Omaha and tournament formats. Our online live dealer lobby also runs around the clock, but without any link to local venue opening or card room schedules.
Live Casino Providers and Game Types
Online, our live casino area is powered by four established providers: Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Playtech and Authentic Gaming. Evolution supplies the majority of content, including private Grosvenor branded tables streamed from Evolution’s studio in Malta. That is where most of our blackjack and roulette traffic ends up.
We also offer in-casino roulette streams from selected UK properties within our estate. Confirmed streaming locations include Glasgow, Sheffield and Nottingham. At the moment Stockton does not act as a streaming origin point, however this does not limit what players in the North East can play - the full online live dealer line-up remains available.
The main categories of live dealer games on our platform are:
- Live roulette - European, French and in-casino streamed versions
- Live blackjack - standard tables and private formats
- Live baccarat - including speed baccarat and regular tables
- Live poker - Casino Hold’em and Three Card Poker
- Live game shows - Evolution-produced game show titles
Authentic Gaming contributes additional live roulette streams from land-based casino floors across Europe. Pragmatic Play focuses on its own studio-based blackjack and roulette tables with multiple stake bands. Playtech rounds out the mix, so between all four providers the lobby covers almost every standard format you would expect from a full live casino set-up.
Registering and Getting to the Tables
Getting access to the live dealer area online starts with a registered Grosvenor Casinos account. Without that, the live tables in the lobby will remain locked and view-only.
The usual registration flow looks like this:
- Visit grosvenorcasinos.com and open the sign-up or account creation page.
- Enter your full name, date of birth, email address and home postcode.
- Choose a username and a secure password you can remember.
- Confirm your email by clicking the verification link we send.
- Complete identity checks when prompted, using valid UK photo ID and proof of address.
- From the main site menu, move into the Live Casino section.
- Use the lobby filters by provider, game type or stake level to find a table.
- Place your first wager using funds from your deposited balance.
Age and identity checks are a mandatory part of our UK Gambling Commission responsibilities. You must be at least 18 years old to play. Depending on how the account is used, we may request documents straight after registration or only when you make a first withdrawal. In practice, having your documents ready from the start usually makes everything smoother.
One small practical tip from our experience, especially if you are new to live casinos online: start by filtering by stake level. Lower limit tables can sit quite far down the list in a busy lobby and, unless you narrow the stakes first, you can spend more time scrolling than choosing a game.
